JMH Property Surveys

Originally trained as an architect, I gained the Diploma in Home Inspection in 2009. This background and further specialist qualification means that I am well placed to provide a detailed survey of the property you intend to buy. 

I work as an independent surveyor in a wide area centred on Bristol and the Chew Valley. I am accredited with SAVA and am a member of the Residential Property Surveyors Association. Under the rules of my accreditation scheme all surveyors are subject to regular quality checks, and must continue to update their skills. 

It can sometimes be really difficult to decide whether to buy a particular property, particularly a new home.  By taking a really good look at the property, and giving you an objective assessment, I hope to be able to help you towards making that decision.
